Key Responsibilities
- Present a professional demeanor, allocate seating, and ensure understanding of service standards.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, gathering information and communicating issues.
- Optimize reservations, maximize covers, and ensure efficient restaurant operation.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of products and accurately take orders.
- Handle function bookings, liaise with FOH and BOH teams, and ensure well-planned events.
- Work with Rooms Division to ensure seamless guest experiences and cross-sell F&B outlets.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
