Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain quality control.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or team leader role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
- Ability to train and develop a diverse team, promoting professional growth.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health and safety standards.
