As a Team Leader, you will coordinate daily operations, optimize team resources, and ensure high service levels while fostering motivation and continuous improvement within your team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily/weekly activities of the logistics team.
• Allocate resources and coordinate operators in alignment with other team leaders.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (productivity, error rates, breakage levels, service levels).
• Propose and implement preventive and corrective measures when necessary.
• Oversee HR processes, ensuring team motivation and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engage team members in improvement actions.

Requirements

• University degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Conflict management and interpersonal influence skills.
• Passion for logistics and distribution.
• Ability to handle stress and critical situations.
• Excellent planning, organization, and task prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules and shifts (mandatory).
