Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team involved in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality control standards.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely and efficient output of sterile products.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and calibration of sterile processing equipment.
- Provide training and development for team members to maintain high performance and safety.
- Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies within the sterile production area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, with leadership responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or engineering field.
