Oversee daily store operations for the Womenswear department, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and presentation. Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and enhancing the luxury shopping experience. Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient replenishment processes. Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and heritage of Hermès. Requirements Proven experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, retail operations, and client relationship management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and client-centric environment.
