Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into Varonis solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer success and product adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Varonis products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical account management or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of data security concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Varonis products is a plus.
