Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for conservation projects.
  • Coordinate project-related activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and communication for project teams.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain project databases and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
