Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement robust technical solutions.
• Perform comprehensive system analysis and create functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements effectively.
• Support the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation, including requirements specifications and process flows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is highly desirable.
