Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the LearnWorlds e-learning platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and potentially phone in a timely manner.
- Assist users with platform features, course creation, and technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in an evening shift.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or web technologies is a plus.
