    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the LearnWorlds e-learning platform.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and potentially phone in a timely manner.
    • Assist users with platform features, course creation, and technical issues.
    • Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.

    Requirements

    • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in an evening shift.
