Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through platform features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or development teams.
  • Work evening shifts to effectively cover support needs in Greece and Cyprus time zones.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and e-learning platforms is a plus.
