Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems for production.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical solutions and enhance overall product performance.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maschinenbau, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in mechanical design, engineering, and construction, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering analysis and design tools.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment, adapting to diverse operational needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (German and English proficiency preferred).
