Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for electrical engineering deliverables across various project types.
- Oversee and approve all electrical engineering outputs including design calculations, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
- Represent the firm in project meetings and progress reviews with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Co-lead and grow the MEP team, fostering technical excellence and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in electrical engineering and project delivery.
- At least 8 years in a principal or associate-level leadership role.
- Strong understanding of UAE authority requirements and international design/construction standards.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
