Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical management or senior engineering role, ideally within HR technology or IT services.
• Strong background in engineering and information technology principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
