Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for Motul’s automotive and industrial product lines in the Middle East.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs to sales teams, distributors, and customers.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify market needs and support product promotion.
- Manage technical projects and ensure adherence to Motul’s quality and performance standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the regional management.
- Assist in product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting for key accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical role within the lubricants, automotive, or industrial chemicals sector.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training modules.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the Middle East region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
