Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural technical drawings and specifications for residential projects.
• Coordinate effectively with design, construction, and finishing teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, reports, and submittals.
• Assist in the selection of materials and contribute to the procurement processes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical office role, preferably within real estate development.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced project environment.
