Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Support project teams with technical solutions during design and construction phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments and external consultants for project execution.
• Manage and organize technical documentation and archives effectively.
• Assist in tender document preparation and evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical office role, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
