Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress.
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Manage and organize all project-related documentation and records efficiently.
- Support tendering and procurement activities by providing technical insights.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards, building codes, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Technical Office role, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced project environment.
