Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure, trading systems, and applications.
• Respond to and troubleshoot technical incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
• Implement and manage operational tools, automation scripts, and monitoring solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, trading, and research teams to support system deployments and upgrades.
• Document operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for business-critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in technical operations, system administration, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking protocols, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and system management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
