Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the pre-sales cycle for data center and cloud solutions.
- Understand prospective client requirements and articulate how Datacenter People’s solutions can meet their needs.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to develop strategic client engagement plans.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and scope of work for client projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert for various data center and cloud infrastructure technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or similar consulting role.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and internet technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment across EMEA.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach to technical challenges.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
