This role involves handling technical procurement, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical procurement, sourcing, and purchasing of spare parts and machinery-related items.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and engineering materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for quotations and deliveries.
- Ensure proper GRN documentation, material receiving, and storage.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in technical procurement or spare-parts store keeping.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utilities spare parts.
- Experience in vendor communication, sourcing, and negotiation.
- Good knowledge of inventory control practices.
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.
- Must be available in UAE.
