Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the tech industry.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
