    Key Responsibilities

    • Source, attract, and recruit top-tier technical talent, particularly software developers, across Latin America.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
    • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
    • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to identify passive and active candidates.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition within the software development industry.
    • Strong understanding of various programming languages and software development methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates across diverse geographic regions in LATAM.
