Key Responsibilities

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to foster improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report on outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in soft skill development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a soft skill trainer or in a similar instructional role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt training content and delivery style to various learning styles.
  • Relevant professional certifications in training, HR, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
