Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report on outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a soft skill trainer or in a similar instructional role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery style to various learning styles.
- Relevant professional certifications in training, HR, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
