    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support for AvePoint’s software products to customers via various communication channels.
    • Assist customers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to data security and governance solutions.
    • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the designated support system.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support engineers or relevant internal teams for further investigation.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify root causes and contribute to long-term solutions.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

    Requirements

    • Entry-level understanding of IT concepts, operating systems, and basic networking principles.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software products and technologies.
    • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
    • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Salesforce environments is a plus.
