Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance and support to customers for Silvus communication products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and knowledge base articles thoroughly.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or field engineering role, preferably in telecommunications or networking.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communication protocols, and mesh network technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience with tactical communication systems or defense industry standards is a significant advantage.
