Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients primarily in Arabic, as well as English.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all support interactions, solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved problems to senior engineers or relevant departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to identify and address recurring issues and improve product stability.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
