    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance and support for FYST’s payment solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and stability of payment platforms.
    • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and common issues.
    • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of new payment functionalities.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the FinTech or payment processing industry.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
    • Familiarity with various operating systems, network protocols, and database concepts.
