Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Noda’s Open Banking platform users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to payment processing, API integration, and user accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Document support interactions and contribute to a knowledge base for common issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and platform reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
