Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
- Install, commission, and modify instrumentation equipment and systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Instrumentation Technician in a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, PLCs, DCS, and SCADA.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
