Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier technology and engineering professionals through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends in technology and engineering sectors.
- Collaborate with the global VTRAC team to share insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in agency recruitment, specifically within technology or engineering.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering domains (e.g., AI, Cloud, Aerospace, Embedded Systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Engineering) is a plus.
