Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and solutions.
- Ensure secure and efficient deployment, configuration, and support of mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM and technology services.
- Implement and enforce device security policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize mobile infrastructure.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for mobile device management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and enterprise integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with security best practices for mobile devices and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
