Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective community members and businesses.
• Introduce RoboHub’s mission and engagement opportunities effectively.
• Gather feedback and identify potential collaboration interests.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align calling strategies.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a telecalling or sales-related role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong listening skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Enthusiasm for robotics, AI, and emerging technologies.
