Key Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient rigging, installation, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure all rigging activities comply with industry safety standards and operational procedures.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess requirements and prepare equipment for deployment on towers and structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom rigging and installations promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
- Maintain all tools, rigging equipment, and company vehicles in optimal working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecom Rigger or in a similar field within the telecommunications industry.
- Solid understanding of telecommunication systems, equipment, and associated safety protocols.
- Ability to work confidently at heights and in various demanding weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of relevant certifications in rigging, safety, or telecommunications is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license may be required for site travel.
