Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote insurance products.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to effectively close sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all sales operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present suitable insurance solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
