Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to present equity products and services.
- Clearly explain financial products and wealth management solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify client financial needs and match them with appropriate equity investment opportunities.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts or a strong willingness to learn about equities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Residency in Abu Dhabi, UAE is preferred.
