Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full tendering lifecycle from initial inquiry to contract award.
  • Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive tender documents and proposals.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze tender specifications, identify commercial risks, and develop win strategies.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and secure favorable terms for projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Tendering Manager or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex tenders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
