Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full tendering lifecycle from initial inquiry to contract award.
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive tender documents and proposals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Analyze tender specifications, identify commercial risks, and develop win strategies.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in contract negotiations and secure favorable terms for projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Tendering Manager or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and commercial terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
