    • Efficiently manage the entire recruitment process from advertisement to onboarding support.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and high professional standards.
    • Support ActionAid International Uganda in meeting its staffing needs effectively.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record and extensive experience as a reputable HR Recruitment Agency.
    • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of the Ugandan job market and local labor laws.
    • Capacity to handle diverse recruitment assignments for a non-profit organization.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
    • Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and transparency.
