Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end human resource recruitment services as per agreed terms.
- Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates for various positions.

- Efficiently manage the entire recruitment process from advertisement to onboarding support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high professional standards.
- Support ActionAid International Uganda in meeting its staffing needs effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record and extensive experience as a reputable HR Recruitment Agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the Ugandan job market and local labor laws.
- Capacity to handle diverse recruitment assignments for a non-profit organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and transparency.
