Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the requisition, storage, and distribution of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all tools and track their usage.
  • Ensure all tools are in good working condition and arrange for repairs or calibration as needed.
  • Implement and enforce tool control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Collaborate with technicians and operational staff to ensure timely tool availability.
  • Manage the entire tool lifecycle, from procurement to eventual decommissioning.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a larger team.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment typically used in renewable energy or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
