Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various tooling, dies, and fixtures.
• Fabricate new tools and components to precise specifications and modify existing ones as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on tooling and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide tooling operations.
• Ensure the quality and precision of all manufactured and repaired tooling through inspection and testing.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational standards within the workshop environment.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Tooling Technician or in a similar precision manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Knowledge of various machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, grinding) and material properties.
