Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth compensation and benefits analysis, including market benchmarking.
- Manage and optimize compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to inform total rewards decisions and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership on rewards communication and education.
- Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR analytics, preferably in a global context.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.
- Excellent understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and benefits administration.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
