Requirements

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
