Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel itineraries, tours, and accommodations.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visas, and travel insurance.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and popular destinations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tourism Agent or similar role, preferably 5+ years.
• Excellent knowledge of travel software, booking systems, and GDS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented approach with a passion for travel.
• Fluency in Albanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
