Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily trading operations for digital assets.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate closely with trading, compliance, and technology teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements (VARA) and internal policies.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial trading operations or digital asset management.
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, both written and verbal.
