Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans for various construction sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the proper deployment, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices and signage.
  • Monitor and manage traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and site access around work zones.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments related to traffic and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Train and supervise traffic control personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in traffic management, with a strong preference for the construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications in traffic control or safety management are highly desirable.
