Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans for various construction sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the proper deployment, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices and signage.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and site access around work zones.
- Conduct regular risk assessments related to traffic and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Train and supervise traffic control personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic management, with a strong preference for the construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for quick decision-making under pressure.
