Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar L&D role.
- Strong knowledge of various training methods and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Proficiency in assessing training needs and evaluating program impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
