De’Longhi Group is seeking a dedicated Training Manager to join their team in Wiener Neudorf, Lower Austria, Austria. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to support the company’s global operations in the household appliance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and programs.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across various departments.
• Design and create engaging training materials, modules, and workshops.
• Deliver effective training sessions to employees, fostering skill development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar L&D role.
• Strong knowledge of various training methods and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Proficiency in assessing training needs and evaluating program impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
