Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a training management or senior training role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively and manage projects in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
