Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a training management or senior training role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively and manage projects in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
