Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the Ukrainian market.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on clients within the travel, media, and entertainment industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and fostering client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent Mogi I/O at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to internal product and development teams to inform future enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the SaaS, media tech, or travel technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of OTT, podcast, or short video application ecosystems and digital content delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a keen ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the capability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is highly advantageous for effective market engagement.
