    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate a wide range of heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders.
    • Perform daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
    • Follow project plans, blueprints, and site instructions accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
    • Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
    • Travel to various job sites across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States as required.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in civil, industrial, or power construction.
    • Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment with proficiency.
    • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
