Key Responsibilities
- Operate a wide range of heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and site instructions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Travel to various job sites across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in civil, industrial, or power construction.
- Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment with proficiency.
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
