Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise topographical and dimensional surveys within tunnel and civil engineering environments.
- Operate and maintain specialist surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to set out tunnel alignments and structures accurately.
- Monitor ground movement and structural deformation during tunnelling operations.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and ensure data accuracy for project progress and quality control.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient and safe execution of surveying tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tunnel Surveyor or similar role in civil engineering or tunnelling projects.
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying instruments and software.
- Strong understanding of trenchless technology and underground construction methods.
