Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and replace tires on various heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance, rotation, and balancing of heavy vehicle tires.
- Diagnose tire damage, punctures, and wear patterns to determine appropriate solutions.
- Ensure correct tire inflation and pressure according to manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures while working with heavy equipment and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of tire service, inventory, and equipment used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tyreman, specifically working with heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of different tire types, repair techniques, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in operating specialized tire changing, repair, and balancing tools.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in varied environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and relevant vocational certification are highly preferred.
